Red currant, violet, rose petal and spice aromatics lead to an elegant textured palate showing finesse, drive and poise. A 20% whole bunch component was used and the wine split into two ferments, stainless steel and oak, then blended to create a richly textured and mouth-watering wine, showing minerality, finesse and a dry lingering finish. Limited production and delicious!!
