The team at Domaine Thomson bids farewell to our esteemed viticulturist, Simon Gourley, as he embarks on his business venture.

For over ten years, Simon has dedicated himself to our Central Otago vineyards, earning accolades such as Central Otago Young Viticulturist (2013 & 2019) and Cellar Hand of the Year (2016). In 2019, he was honoured as the New Zealand Bayer Young Viticulturist of the Year, a testament to his hard work and our collective pride.

Though we will miss Simon greatly, we are excited about his new opportunities and growth. Bon voyage, Simon!
