Wonderfully ripe and beautifully lifted, the bouquet shows fresh dried herb, spicy black and redcurrant aromatics lead way to a focussed elegant driven palate. There is plenty of fruit weight enclosed in a textural strong driven palate. This wine gives good strength, freshness and poise. Cellaring Recommendations: 3-5 years At its best: now to 2028. 'A beautifully balanced fresh and floral wine with a long mineral finish. Handpicked fully ripened pinot noir grapes from our Terrace Block with minimal skin contact hence its very pale colour. Serve chilled and enjoy as an apéritif!" This wine offers the crisp freshness of a white wine, paired with the rich undertones of Pinot Noir—a fascinating combination that has quickly gained popularity.
Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed and racked to French oak barrels for 9 months. Aromas of brioche, apple strudel and citrus. Medium to full body with lovely fruit and complexity. Creamy texture with a delicious finish.
Wine Orbit: 5 Stars / 94 Points: "Offering excellent fruit purity and perfume, the inviting bouquet shows dark plum, floral, subtle spice, and toasted almond characters. It is silky-smooth in the mouth, delivering fleshy texture backed by finely infused tannins, making it wonderfully harmonious and structured with a persistent, refined finish."
Candice Wine Chat / Raymond Chan Wine reviews: 5 Stars / 94 Points: "This is a well-structured Pisa Pinot Noir, enticing with dark fruit, spice and a velvety tannin frame, flaunting youth and strength along with fresh acidity, lending a rich, toasty finish."
2018 was considered a hot vintage with very good crop levels. Medium to deep red colour with a good purple tint, the bouquet is spicy and black-cherried, with forest berry touches. The wine is full in the mouth and ample, smoothly-textured and rounded, with boldness and a big finish that expands and lingers a long time. Stacks of cheery-like fruit but remarkably complex at the same tim. Really fine, lovely wine.
“Intense, richly textured wine with opulence and charm. Made from grapes grown on 80-90-year-old vines which explains the density and complexity. Marvellous wine of premier cru quality.” (96 points) Bob Campbell

“On the palate, it's medium-bodied, with a fine but mouth-filling mousse and an impressive cut and definition. The finish is quite long and persistent.”
The first notes are a bouquet of cherries, raspberries, woodsmoke, and forest floor. The wine is medium to full-bodied, supple and succulent, with fine-grained but youthfully chalky tannins, a ripe core of red fruit, and a long, flavourful finish.
"Lovely fresh nectarine, spiced nuts and citrus aromatics followed by bright minerality and concentration from this cool high-quality, but small, vintage. A wine to drink now or over the next 5 years."

The first notes reveal aromas of white flowers, pear, and blanched almonds. This is followed by a smooth, buttery mouthfeel, backed by a fine and rich mineral structure. Ideal with sashimi, oysters, seafood, white meats such as chicken and veal, and also with cheeses like Brie, Comté, and Camembert.
