Crafted for Domaine Thomson by Armand Heitz of Domaine Armand Heitz, a talented young winemaker based in the Côte d’Or, Burgundy. Armand’s philosophy mirrors our own: farming sustainably, working with natural yeast fermentations, minimal intervention, and aging the wines in French oak barrels to allow the terroir and vintage to speak clearly. His wines are highly regarded by critics and sought after by sommeliers and collectors who value precision and authenticity.

Predominantly Chardonnay with small amounts of Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc, all hand-picked from old vines (1965), the wine was matured for 8 months in barrel.
